Delete your FlirtIA account and your data

FlirtIA lets you delete your account and the associated data at any time. You can do it directly from the app, or by writing to us if you no longer have the app installed. Below is the exact procedure, along with the list of data that is deleted and data that is kept.

Option 1 — From the app (immediate)

• Open the FlirtIA app (iOS, Android or app.flirtia.fr).
• Go to Settings → My account.
• Tap Delete my account.
• Confirm both warnings. The deletion is then permanent and immediate.

Option 2 — By email (without the app)

Send an email to confidentialite@flirtia.fr from the address linked to your account, with the subject line “Suppression de compte” (Account deletion). We process your request within 30 days at most and confirm the deletion by reply email.

Data deleted

• Your conversations and generated messages
• Your preferences, settings and favorites
• Your saved content (bios, scores, tips, history)
• The email address linked to your account

Data kept

• An anonymous account identifier is kept in order to preserve free usage limits and prevent abuse. It is no longer linked to any personal data.
• Technical generation previews are kept for a maximum of 30 days for security and troubleshooting purposes, then automatically deleted.
• Billing data (managed by RevenueCat, Apple, Google or Stripe) is kept for as long as required by our legal accounting and tax obligations.
